Bumble Bee Room
The Bumble Bee room caters for children aged 2 to 3 years of age and is run by qualified staff members with several years’ experience in early education.
The primary focus of the Bumble Bee room is to build and strengthen your child’s social- emotional, language and play skills. The significance of social and emotional development is seen throughout all areas of a child’s life. A child will have a strong foundation for later development if he or she can learn to manage personal feelings, understand others’ feelings and needs and interact positively with others. To shape these areas of development, the play based pedagogical approach is used to build on your child’s strengths, interests and needs.
Play is important for your toddler’s:
- Learning
- Development
- Growth
- Health
Through play, toddlers learn skills like moving, thinking, speaking, socialising, and how to manage emotions.
